Job Title: Junior Project Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Project Administrator to support the Project Management Office (PMO) in the delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget. The Junior Project Administrator will provide administrative support to project managers and project teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong communication and collaboration skills.


Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams

Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations

Track project progress, report on project status, and identify and mitigate project risks

Coordinate project activities, such as scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms

Maintain project files, documentation, and databases

Assist in the management of project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials

Provide support for project-related communication, including emails, phone calls, and messaging

Support the development of project-related training materials and presentations

Perform other related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Senior Project Administrator


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field

1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administration

Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and collaboration tools
