Job Description
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be integral to promoting our IT training services and driving sales growth. This role is perfect for those with a passion for sales and deep knowledge of the IT training industry. You'll enjoy a competitive salary structure that rewards high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Market Research: Conduct research to find sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Client Engagement: Arrange and lead meetings with potential clients, addressing their requirements and concerns.
- Sales Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling presentations on IT training services.
- Sales Reporting: Generate regular, detailed sales and financial reports.
- Negotiation and deal closure: Skilfully negotiate and close deals while managing objections or complaints.
- Client Engagement: Arrange and lead meetings with potential clients, addressing their requirements and concerns.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals.
- Client Database Management: Expand and update the client database in your assigned area.
- Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in commerce or IT Diploma.
- Driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally with a proven track record.
- Cold calling experience .
- Ability to engage with corporate executives.
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities
- Computer proficiency( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
