PAICTA is a registered non-profit organisation committed to closing the digital divide between rural, peri-rural, and urban communities across South Africa. Our mission is to level the playing field through inclusive digital skills training, education, networking, and mentorship—empowered by a global network of partners, sponsors, donors, and community champions.

We believe that every young person, regardless of their location or background, deserves the opportunity to thrive in the digital economy. By expanding access to computer science and foundational digital literacy, we are building a future where no community is left behind.

With the support of corporate, institutional, and individual allies, PAICTA is increasing participation in technology and computer science by youth, women, girls and differently abled individuals from underrepresented communities—creating pathways to opportunity, innovation, and socio-economic development across the African continent.
